Herb Roasted Prime Rib – Chief’s blend of herbs and seasonings crusted on slow roasted rib-eye. Presented with creamed horesradish and Au Jus. Served with Mashed Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.2. Chicken Chasseur – Seared chicken breast with herbed mushrooms and roasted rich tomato found. Served with garlic Rosemary roasted Yukons and seasonal vegetables.3.
