Select your entree & desert choice per guest, during your ticket purchase:

1. Herb Roasted Prime Rib – Chief’s blend of herbs and seasonings crusted on slow roasted rib-eye. Presented with creamed horesradish and Au Jus. Served with Mashed Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
2. Chicken Chasseur – Seared chicken breast with herbed mushrooms and roasted rich tomato found. Served with garlic Rosemary roasted Yukons and seasonal vegetables.
3. Pesto Crusted Salmon – Fresh Alaskan king salmon seared with house-made pesto, creamy risotto, and seasonal vegetables.

Dessert Choices:

1. Chocolate Lava cake
2. Crème Brûlée
3. Apple Cobbler

Venue Dress code – The dress code applies to all members and guests using the Club. Members and guests shall comply with the MSCC dress code.

• Men shall have a collared or mock neck shirt with appropriate pants or shorts.
• Women shall have either collared, mock neck or sleeved shirt with appropriate pants. Ladies’ sleeveless dresses, sunback dresses and formal/ evening dresses are permitted in the Clubhouse facilities.
• Nice Jeans in good repair are ok to wear.
