MyScreeningReport.com’s reusable tenant screening report allows landlords to screen prospective renters with ease while providing the necessary transparency that allows applicants to apply with confidence. MyScreeningReport.com® provides the secure, easy-to use screening platform trusted by Landlords and Renters alike.

If you have not logged in the past 90 days you will need to use the My Screening Report Contact Form to request your account to be unlocked.

To get started simply select SIGN-UP. You will be taken through a brief authentication process to verify your identity and that you have permissible purpose to obtain MSR tenant screening reports on your prospective renters.

Once authenticated you will be presented with your Landlord dashboard where you can begin inviting your applicants to apply online. In addition, you will be able to track where your applicant is in the application process. And, applications will be stored in your dashboard under their applicant file – providing secure access for your records.

After an applicant is invited to apply, they will create an applicant profile and submit their screening report request – paying by credit card. Once the applicant views their completed report, they are then able to “share” it with you. This process assures the authenticity of the report and that it has not been modified.
