Form Seminar 2

Come and learn about forms available for landlords, and how to use them. This is a very informative orientation for every landlord or property manager. We will be covering rental lease and required forms, rental criteria, and various notices required under the newly revised WA state Tenant-Landlord laws. Sample forms will be provided for review, but it is advised attendees bring something to take notes.
Cost is free for current BROA members.
